General Medicine Preventive Check ups
The foundation of proactive care: a thorough, physician-led evaluation designed to catch what matters early.
A preventive health check-up at Dr. Ozone Clinic is more than a routine panel. Your consultation begins with a full clinical history and physical assessment with one of our physicians, paired with laboratory investigations tailored to your age, lifestyle, and personal risk profile. The goal is simple — to establish a clear baseline of your health and identify areas to address before they become problems.
Results are never handed over as a printout to decode alone. Every finding is reviewed and explained by your doctor, who translates the numbers into a practical, personalised plan.
- Comprehensive clinical consultation and physical examination
- Age- and risk-appropriate laboratory investigations
- Cardiometabolic, liver, kidney, and metabolic panels
- Vitamin, mineral, and hormonal status were indicated
- Doctor-led results review with a clear, actionable plan
Ideal for
Anyone seeking a clear baseline of their current health, those with a family history of chronic conditions, and busy professionals who want a proactive, preventive approach rather than waiting for symptoms to appear.

Quantum Resonance Screening
A fast, non-invasive way to survey how your body’s systems are trending — as a starting point for a deeper conversation with your physician.
Quantum Resonance Screening is a complementary, non-invasive assessment that surveys indicators across more than 40 bio-parameters in a single session — spanning metabolic, cardiovascular, nutritional, and detoxification-related trends. It offers a broad, at-a-glance snapshot that can help highlight areas worth exploring further.
At Dr. Ozone Clinic, this screening is always positioned as one input among many. Every result is reviewed by a physician and interpreted alongside your clinical history and, where appropriate, confirmed with validated laboratory testing before any protocol is recommended.

Functional Medicine
A systems-based approach that asks not just what is happening, but why — and works to address it at the source.
Functional medicine looks at the body as an interconnected whole. Rather than managing symptoms in isolation, our functional medicine physicians work to identify the underlying drivers — from nutritional status and gut health to hormonal balance, inflammation, and environmental exposures — that may be contributing to how you feel.
Through detailed history-taking, targeted advanced testing, and a genuinely personalised plan, the aim is to restore balance across your body’s core systems. It’s an approach especially suited to persistent, hard-to-pin-down concerns that haven’t been resolved by conventional single-symptom care.
- In-depth history exploring the timeline of your health
- Advanced, targeted testing selected to your presentation
- Assessment of gut, hormonal, nutritional, and inflammatory status
- Personalised protocols across nutrition, lifestyle, and clinical support
- Ongoing review to track progress and refine your plan
Often explored for
Persistent fatigue, digestive concerns, hormonal imbalance, difficulty with weight, low mood or brain fog, and other ongoing issues where a deeper, systems-level look can help uncover what conventional single-symptom care may have missed.

Peptides — the body’s own signals, amplified
Short-chain amino acids that tell your biology exactly what to do.
Peptides are among the most precise therapeutic tools available in modern medicine. Unlike synthetic drugs that override the body’s systems, peptides work by speaking the body’s own biochemical language — delivering specific signals to specific cells, triggering the body to repair, regenerate, optimise, and rebalance itself. At Dr. Ozone Clinic, peptide protocols are designed by our physicians and administered as part of an integrated, evidence-informed wellness or treatment programme.

Ozone Hormone Scan — A Complete Hormonal Blueprint
The Ozone Hormone Scan is Dr. Ozone Clinic’s comprehensive hormonal assessment — a single blood panel covering the full spectrum of reproductive, adrenal, metabolic, and thyroid hormones. It is the definitive starting point for any patient whose symptoms suggest hormonal imbalance: persistent fatigue, unexplained weight changes, mood disruption, low libido, poor sleep, or difficulty with fertility.
Unlike fragmented hormone testing that looks at one or two markers in isolation, the Ozone Hormone Scan maps the entire hormonal landscape — enabling Dr. Ayesha or Dr. Sameh to see how all the systems interact and where the imbalance truly originates. It forms the foundation for BHRT protocols, fertility programmes, anti-aging treatments, and any personalised hormone optimisation strategy.
Best for
- Fatigue, low energy, or poor sleep
- Unexplained weight changes
- Low libido or sexual health concerns
- PCOS, irregular cycles, or fertility challenges
- Men experiencing andropause symptoms
- Patients preparing for or monitoring BHRT
- Longevity and anti-aging protocols
When to test
- Fasting preferred. Women: ideally Day 3–5 of the menstrual cycle for sex hormones
Nordic Laboratories · Genetic Tests
The Nordic DNA Kit is a collection of specialised genetic tests, each analysing a distinct set of inherited variations relevant to a specific area of health. Unlike standard DNA tests that give ancestry information, these are clinically informed panels designed to guide personalised nutrition, lifestyle, and treatment decisions. Results are lifelong — your DNA does not change.
All descriptions are sourced directly from Nordic Laboratories (nordiclabs.com). Your Dr. Ozone physician will recommend which panel or combination is most relevant to your health profile.
Food Sensitivity & Intolerance Screen
Identifies your body’s immune reactions to specific foods — uncovering hidden triggers behind inflammation, bloating, skin flare-ups, and persistent fatigue that standard tests often miss.
Allergy Tests
A comprehensive panel that pinpoints environmental and food-based allergens driving your immune response — from airborne triggers to contact and dietary sensitivities — so you can breathe, eat, and live with greater ease.
Heavy Metal & Toxins Panel
Measures the accumulation of toxic metals such as lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium in the body — silent contributors to brain fog, chronic fatigue, hormonal disruption, and long-term organ stress.
Organic Acid Test (OAT)
A deep cellular health assessment that evaluates mitochondrial energy production, neurotransmitter balance, gut dysbiosis, and nutrient sufficiencies — providing a window into how your body is functioning at its most fundamental level.
GI MAP
A DNA-based stool analysis that maps your gut microbiome in precise detail — identifying harmful pathogens, bacterial imbalances, parasites, and digestive markers that influence your immunity, mood, energy, and overall health.
DUTCH Plus
The most comprehensive hormone test available — measuring sex hormones, cortisol rhythm, and melatonin across a full 24-hour cycle through a simple dried urine collection. Ideal for understanding fatigue, mood shifts, sleep disruption, and hormonal imbalance with unmatched accuracy.
TrueAge — Biological Age Test
Developed by TruDiagnostic in collaboration with researchers from Harvard, Yale, and Duke, TrueAge analyses over 1 million DNA methylation points to calculate your biological age, speed of aging (DunedinPACE), the biological age of 11 organ systems (heart, brain, liver, lungs, and more), and 75+ longevity biomarkers. 90% of aging is determined by epigenetic factors — which means biological age can change, and can be measured every 4–6 months to track whether your treatments and lifestyle interventions are actually working at a cellular level.
RobGenes — 360° Comprehensive Genetic Test
RobGenes is an AI-enabled precision health platform built on one principle: optimal health begins with understanding each individual’s unique genetic blueprint. The RobGenes 360° Comprehensive Genetic Test analyses all 26,600 genes of the human genome, identifying more than 6 million genetic variations associated with metabolism, hormonal balance, cardiovascular health, cognitive function, dermatology, longevity, and more — while simultaneously screening for over 5,000 diseases and conditions.
What sets RobGenes apart is its integration layer: genomic data from a buccal swab is combined with blood test results, metabolites, and key clinical biomarkers through proprietary AI algorithms — drawing on a database of over 20 million genomic and biomarker data points — to create a unified, multi-layered biological profile. The result is not a list of genetic probabilities but a dynamic, actionable intelligence system that evolves alongside you. Through modular expansion, the 360° test can be customised with over 150 specialised add-on panels across specific conditions, focus areas, or therapeutic goals. RobGenes genetic results remain valid for a lifetime and can be reanalysed as medicine advances to guide new diagnoses, treatments, and preventive strategies.
Trucheck Intelli — Multi-Cancer Early Detection
Trucheck Intelli is a non-invasive blood-based multi-cancer early detection (MCED) test developed by Datar Cancer Genetics. It works by detecting circulating tumour cells (CTCs) — cancer cells that are shed by malignant tumours directly into the bloodstream. Crucially, CTCs are present in the blood of cancer patients but absent in healthy individuals, and unlike imaging tests, Trucheck Intelli can detect these cells even before a tumour is large enough to appear on a scan or cause any symptoms.
Once CTCs are detected, the test applies a process called Immunocytochemistry (ICC) to examine the molecular imprint of each detected cell — identifying the tissue or organ of origin, which helps guide further confirmatory investigation. The test has been validated in large-scale clinical studies: 88% sensitivity overall in detecting cancer at all stages and types, and 99% specificity — meaning a positive result is highly reliable. It covers approximately 81% of all solid tumour cancer cases and 84% of cancer-related deaths. A negative result provides meaningful reassurance for patients with no current symptoms, though it does not completely rule out all cancer — follow-up imaging or biopsy is always required to confirm any positive result.
Proteomic Analysis
Proteomics is the large-scale study of proteins in the body — their identity, abundance, function, and interactions. Where genetics tells you what your body is programmed to do, proteomics tells you what it is actually doing right now. Circulating plasma proteins are dynamic — they change in response to inflammation, metabolic stress, disease processes, organ dysfunction, and aging — making them among the most clinically informative biomarkers available.
The Proteomic Analysis measures thousands of plasma proteins simultaneously, producing a detailed functional portrait of your body’s biological systems. Published research in Nature Medicine (2024) demonstrated that a proteomic age clock using nearly 2,900 plasma proteins could accurately predict the onset of 18 major chronic diseases — including heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, neurodegeneration, and cancer — as well as all-cause mortality risk. A separate landmark Stanford study published in Nature (2023) showed that nearly 1 in 5 seemingly healthy adults have at least one organ with an accelerated aging proteomic signature — and that patients with an accelerated heart-aging profile had a 250% increased risk of heart failure within 15 years. The same research linked 202 plasma proteins to brain aging, predicting cognitive decline as powerfully as the leading Alzheimer’s blood biomarker. This is the frontier of predictive medicine — measuring not just what is wrong today but what is likely to go wrong tomorrow, and in which specific organ system first.
Genetic Testing — Cancer Risk
Analyses DNA for the most clinically significant hereditary cancer risk genes — including BRCA1/2 (breast and ovarian cancer), Lynch syndrome genes (MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2 — colorectal and other cancers), TP53, PALB2, ATM, CHEK2, and CDH1. A positive result does not mean you have cancer — it means you carry a variant that increases probability. That knowledge enables earlier screening, preventive lifestyle interventions, and informed planning for you and your family before anything develops.
Best for
- Family history of cancer
- Proactive preventive health planning
- Fertility planning — heritable risks
Done Once?
- Yes — inherited DNA does not change. Results inform lifelong health planning.
Food is medicine— precisely
Clinical & functional nutrition that makes every treatment work harder
Every IV protocol, every INUSpheresis® session, every hormone programme starts and ends with the same question: is the body’s nutritional foundation strong enough to hold the results? Our Nutrition Department ensures the answer is yes — through science-backed, deeply personalised clinical care.
The Foundation
Why nutrition is the missing layer in most treatment plans
Most patients receive a diagnosis, a prescription, or a treatment — and very little guidance about what to eat to support it. That gap is where progress stalls. Nutrition is not a lifestyle suggestion. It is the biochemical environment in which every other intervention either succeeds or falls short.
At Dr. Ozone Clinic, our Clinical & Functional Nutritionist works alongside the medical team — not separately — to ensure that what you eat before, during, and after treatment directly amplifies the clinical outcomes we are all working towards.

InBody vs DEXA accuracy
- Blood sugar, hormones & inflammation are food-dependent
- PCOS, insulin resistance, hypothyroidism, cardiovascular disease — these conditions are not just managed with medication. The right nutritional strategy is often the strongest lever available.
- Treatments perform better in a well-nourished body
- INUSpheresis® removes toxins. EBOO reoxygenates blood. IV therapy delivers nutrients. None of these work optimally in a body that is chronically depleted, inflamed, or metabolically dysregulated.
- Weight and body composition require clinical precision
- Calorie counting misses the point. The goal is the right ratio of muscle to fat — which requires tracking body composition, not just weight, and designing a plan around your specific metabolic data.
- No two metabolisms are the same
- Generic plans fail because they ignore genetics, gut health, hormonal status, and cultural food patterns. Clinical nutrition works because it starts with your biology specifically.
Service 01
Nutrition Consultation
The initial consultation is a full clinical assessment — not generic dietary advice. Your clinician reviews your complete medical history, current diagnoses, medications, blood work, lifestyle, and food culture to produce a strategy tailored to your biology. This is where the plan begins and where the right direction gets set.
What Happens in Your Session
- Full health intake
- Medical history, diagnoses, medications, recent lab results, symptoms, and health goals reviewed in depth.
- Dietary & lifestyle assessment
- Current eating patterns, cultural food preferences, meal timing, sleep, stress, and physical activity — all of which shape how your body uses food.
- InBody data integration
- Where an InBody scan has been done, the body composition data — visceral fat, muscle mass, phase angle, ECW/TBW ratio — is integrated into the nutritional picture.
- Personalised nutritional strategy
- A clear, practical plan — macronutrient targets, food priorities, meal timing, and supplement guidance where relevant — explained so you understand the why behind every recommendation.
- Follow-up planning
- Next steps agreed — whether a diet plan package, coordination with the medical team, or a follow-up date to review progress.
For clinic patients: Patients undergoing INUSpheresis®, EBOO, IV therapy, or hormone protocols benefit most from a nutritional consultation at the start of their programme. The nutritional environment either amplifies or undermines what the treatment achieves. Starting with the right foundation makes a measurable difference.
Who Benefits Most
- Hormonal conditions
- PCOS, hypothyroidism, menopause, perimenopause — where food is a direct lever on hormonal biology.
- Metabolic disease
- Type 2 Diabetes, insulin resistance, dyslipidaemia, hypertension — powerful nutritional levers that medication alone cannot fully address.
- Weight & body recomposition
- Patients who want to lose fat without losing muscle — or build muscle without adding fat — which requires InBody-guided nutritional engineering.
- Clinic treatment patients
- Anyone starting INUSpheresis®, EBOO, IV therapy, or stem cell protocols who wants their nutritional environment optimised for the best possible outcome.
- Pregnancy & preconception
- Women planning pregnancy or currently pregnant who want evidence-based nutritional support at every stage.
- Gut, skin & immune concerns
- Food sensitivities, chronic bloating, skin conditions, recurrent infections — conditions frequently rooted in nutritional or microbiome patterns.
- Autism & neurodevelopmental nutrition
- Gut-brain axis support, sensory food challenges, and microbiome health for neurodivergent patients and children.
- Anyone whose diet “should be working” but isn’t
- When generic advice has failed, a clinical assessment reveals what a standard consultation simply doesn’t have time to find.

Structured Guidance
3 Months
Programme
Suitable for Consistent Results
Enough time for real metabolic change — with the support structure to get there.
Three months is where sustainable results actually happen. The body needs time to adapt — to new eating patterns, to improved blood sugar regulation, to shifting body composition. The 3 Month Programme provides the structured guidance, regular check-ins, and plan adjustments needed to keep that adaptation on track. Whether you are managing a chronic condition, working on body recomposition, or supporting an active treatment programme, this is the level of commitment that produces measurable, lasting change.
Includes
Long-Term Behaviour Change
6 Months
Suitable for Sustainable Transformation
Full nutritional transformation — integrated with your clinical treatment programme.
Six months is the framework for lasting transformation. Not a temporary dietary phase but a genuine shift in how your body works and how you feed it — with a follow-up structure intensive enough to catch and correct every plateau, setback, and adjustment along the way. This programme is especially suited to patients undergoing active medical treatment at Dr. Ozone Clinic, where nutritional support is coordinated directly with the medical team. Reviews every 15–20 days ensure the plan evolves precisely with your body’s response.

InBody Body Composition Scan
What the scale can’t tell you
A scale shows you one number. The InBody reveals everything that number hides — how much of your weight is muscle, how much is fat, where that fat is stored, whether your cells are properly hydrated, and how efficiently your metabolism is running — all in under 60 seconds, without radiation, without removing your clothes.
InBody uses medical-grade multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) — sending safe electrical signals at six different frequencies across five body segments simultaneously. Because fat, muscle, water, and bone conduct electricity differently, the device calculates their exact quantities with 98% correlation to DEXA, the gold-standard hospital body composition scan.
At Dr. Ozone Clinic, the InBody scan is a clinical tool. The data directly informs your personalised diet plan, tracks the impact of nutritional interventions over time, and monitors body composition outcomes for patients in active treatment programmes.

For best results: Scan fasted or at least 2 hours after a light meal. Same time of day on each visit. Avoid intense exercise 12 hours prior. Women: schedule away from menstruation where possible — fluid shifts during this time affect hydration readings.
What the InBody Measures

Each output is a clinical marker in its own right. Together, they give a precise, actionable picture of your metabolic health that no blood test alone can provide.
Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM)
The muscle attached to your skeleton — the only tissue you can actively build and the primary driver of your metabolic rate. Reported by segment: right arm, left arm, trunk, right leg, left leg. Asymmetries reveal muscular imbalance, injury patterns, or post-operative muscle loss.
Sarcopenia · Fitness · Rehabilitation
Visceral Fat Level
Healthy: below 10 · Elevated risk: above 9 · Clinically urgent: above 14
Fat stored around the internal organs in the abdomen — rated 1 to 20. Visceral fat is directly linked to insulin resistance, Type 2 Diabetes, fatty liver, cardiovascular disease, and stroke. Invisible on a scale and absent from BMI. One of the most clinically significant numbers the InBody produces.
Diabetes · Heart Health · Longevity
ECW/TBW Ratio — Fluid Balance
Healthy range: 0.360 – 0.390
Extracellular water as a proportion of total body water. One of the most underused inflammation markers in clinical practice. Above 0.390 signals fluid shifting out of cells — a measurable indicator of inflammation, oedema, or early organ stress. Tracked to monitor improvement across treatment programmes including INUSpheresis®.
Inflammation · Oedema · Recovery
Phase Angle
A direct measurement of cellular membrane integrity — the health of your cells. Phase angle rises when you are healthy and well-nourished; it falls when you are ill, malnourished, or aging. Athletes carry high phase angles; critically ill patients carry low ones. Improving phase angle through targeted nutrition is measurable proof of cellular recovery and regeneration.
Cellular Health · Ageing · Critical Illness
Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
The calories your body burns at complete rest — calculated from lean mass, not from a height/weight formula. This makes InBody’s BMR significantly more accurate and personalised than any app estimate. Your BMR is the foundation of every calorie target in your diet plan. Miscalculate it and no plan will produce predictable results.
Sarcopenia · Fitness · Rehabilitation
Body Composition History
Every scan taken under the same patient ID is saved and graphed over time — showing changes in fat mass, muscle mass, visceral fat, and phase angle across all sessions. This is where the InBody becomes a clinical monitoring tool: making visible whether a nutritional intervention is actually working and whether muscle is being preserved during weight loss.
Progress Tracking · Treatment Monitoring
Total Body Water (ICW + ECW)
Intracellular water (inside cells, where it should be) and extracellular water (outside cells). Proper cellular hydration is essential for every metabolic function — nutrient delivery, waste clearance, cellular energy production, and hormone transport. Dehydrated cells are functionally impaired cells regardless of how much water is consumed.
Hydration · Cellular Function
Body Fat & Segmental Fat
Total body fat in kilograms and as Percent Body Fat (PBF) — with a five-segment breakdown showing exactly where fat is distributed. PBF is clinically more meaningful than BMI: two people at the same BMI can have radically different metabolic health profiles depending on the ratio and distribution of their fat to muscle.
Fat Loss · Cardiovascular Risk
Recommended Scan Frequency
Athletes & active patients
Every 4 weeks during training cycles — tracks true muscle gain vs water retention and confirms recovery is on course.
Weight & body recomposition
Every 8 weeks — confirms fat is being lost without sacrificing muscle, which calorie tracking alone cannot tell you.
Clinical & treatment patients
As directed by the care plan — monitoring phase angle and ECW/TBW changes as treatment outcomes over successive sessions.
Metabolic health management
Every 8–12 weeks — visceral fat and ECW/TBW tracked alongside blood markers for a complete metabolic picture.
Healthy ageing & longevity
Every 12 weeks — phase angle and skeletal muscle mass decline are among the earliest measurable signs of biological ageing.
Baseline assessment
Once, as a starting point before beginning any nutrition or fitness programme — to understand where you are before mapping where you are going.
Important — Who should not have an InBody scan
Patients with a pacemaker or implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) must not use the InBody device — the electrical current may interfere with the implant. Women who are pregnant or currently menstruating may receive less accurate hydration readings; where result consistency matters, reschedule after the cycle for comparison purposes.
